Path2Membership SMS Program

Path2Membership provides transactional and informational SMS messages to users who expressly opt in to the Path2Membership SMS program.

Messages relate to the user's Path2Membership account and membership with participating martial arts organizations and may include account verification, sign-in and security codes, account setup, password reset, membership renewal reminders, payment confirmations, SafeSport and other compliance reminders, training reminders, certification notices, and event notifications.

Path2Membership does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages through this program.

How to opt in

Users may opt in when creating or managing a Path2Membership account by providing a mobile telephone number and selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox.

The SMS consent checkbox is not pre-selected and is separate from acceptance of the Path2Membership Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. SMS consent is optional and is not required to create an account, purchase a membership, or use Path2Membership.

By selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive recurring transactional and informational SMS messages from Path2Membership at the mobile number you provide.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, membership, certifications, compliance requirements, renewals, and events. Typically, users receive a few messages per month, although additional messages may be sent when necessary for account activity, renewals, or events.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging or data plan.

Opting out

You may cancel the Path2Membership SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any Path2Membership message.

After you reply STOP, you will receive an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from the Path2Membership SMS program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your Path2Membership account or membership.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside Path2Membership's control. Do not rely on SMS messages for urgent or safety-critical communications.

Privacy and mobile information

Path2Membership uses your mobile telephone number and SMS consent information to provide the Path2Membership SMS program.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to service providers, including telecommunications providers, solely as necessary to deliver and operate the SMS service.
