Tracked to the expiry date
Each certificate carries its issue and expiry date. Members, clubs and the federation see at a glance who is current, who lapses soon, and who never filed anything.

Members upload their own
Members add a certificate from their phone. Where it needs checking, it waits for an administrator to approve it before it counts.
